Each envelope should contain only one request, and it must be sent from the state registered on your account. Request codes do not expire, and there is no limit on the number of requests you can submit. Valid requests are targeted for credit within seven business days of receipt, with a maximum of fourteen business days.

Playthrough and Redemption Terms to Know

Promotional SC and any associated held winnings expire if playthrough is not completed within thirty days of the latest promotional SC award. Individual offers may carry shorter expiry periods, redemption caps, or holds, so read each offer before you claim it. Players may redeem eligible SC at a value of US$1 per SC, with a minimum of 30 eligible SC, equivalent to US$30. Individual payout methods may require a higher minimum, and redemptions require identity, age, and location verification. Payment is made to a verified financial account in the player's own name.

Promotions and redemptions are available to players who are at least 18 years old or meet their jurisdiction's age-of-majority requirement. Residents of California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Washington are not eligible to participate.
